- It's 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste(adrak lasoon).

- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder(Lal Mirch).

- You need 1 tbsp of vinegar(sirka).
- You need 1 of egg(andaa).
- It's 3 tbsp of curd(dahi).
- You need 4 tbsp of gram flour(besan).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of rice flour(chaaval ka aata).
- It's 10 g of dried and crushed fenugreek (Suki methi)~optional.
- Prepare Pinch of Chaat masala.

- Slice the fish into 1.5-inch cubes..
- Add lemon, ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste to fish cubes and mix with hand and marinade for minimum 10 mins to maximum 1 day in the refrigerator..
- After marinade add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, asafoetida and vinegar in the fish, mix well..
- Beat 1 egg and add to the fish and mix..
- Add the curd to the fish and mix well..
- Add the gram flour and rice flour to the fish and mix. You can also add a bit more or less for desired consistency..
- You can also add dried and crushed fenugreek to the fish. (This is optional).
- Now deep fry the fish in vegetable oil..
- Remove the fish from the oil after it's cooked. Remove excess oil on the fish and finally sprinkle Chaat masala over it..
